Jammu, Sept 26: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in Jammu South, under the leadership of its president, Rekha Mahajan, is set to launch the “Mandal Parvas Yojna” campaign. The campaign aims to highlight the achievements of the Prime Minister Narendra Modi-led central government and strengthen the party’s presence at the booth level.
The campaign was officially launched during a meeting held in Gandhi Nagar, which falls under the Bahu Constituency in District Jammu South.
In accordance with the guidelines of BJP State President Ravinder Raina, Rekha Mahajan, President of BJP Jammu South District, inaugurated the campaign. The central focus of the meeting was to organize the Mandal Parvas tour, which will be conducted under Rekha Mahajan’s leadership from September 26 to October 2, covering all parts of Jammu South.
The meeting was organized by Narinder Gupta, District Vice President, and Prabhari for Gandhi Nagar Mandal, along with Parmodh Singh Chib, District Secretary, and the appointed Mandal Parvasi for Gandhi Nagar and Trikuta Nagar Mandals. Also present were Bharat Bhushan, Mandal President; Rachit Khosla and Suraj Raina, Mandal General Secretaries, along with other Mandal office bearers.
During the meeting, Parmodh Singh Chib, the newly appointed District Secretary and Mandal Pravasi Incharge, verified the team members of Gandhi Nagar and Trikuta Nagar Mandal office bearers.
Rekha Mahajan explained that the primary goal of these meetings is to conduct three gatherings in Mandals, organize Shaktikendras at all booth levels, verify Mandal office bearers in coordination with Mandal Pravasi Incharge Parmodh Chib, and complete tasks such as finalizing the mapping of booths, Shaktikendras, and Mandals, as well as confirming lists of Mandal office bearers, Shaktikendra in-charge, Convenors, Co-Convenors, and booth Presidents. She emphasized the importance of working effectively and efficiently within a defined timeframe and urged party functionaries to engage with the general public enthusiastically.
Rekha Mahajan also highlighted the significant role played by various Mandals, Morchas, Booths, and Shakti Kendra Parmukhs in the party’s growth. She emphasized the BJP’s commitment to representing the voices of the common people.
During the meeting, Rekha Mahajan interacted with party workers and sought firsthand information about various organizational activities.
She encouraged the dissemination of the party’s public-friendly policies and programs to every corner of the Jammu South district.
