J&K Police Organizes “Run for Peace” Kashmir Marathon-2023 in Srinagar

Srinagar, Sept 30: A review meeting chaired by Shri Syed Javid Mujtaba Gillani, IPS ADGP Armed J&K, was convened at the Lake View Police Golf Course, Boulevard Road, Srinagar, to discuss the preparations and arrangements for the “Run for Peace” Kashmir Marathon-2023.
This event, organized by the J&K Police as part of its Civic Action Programme, has the esteemed patronage of Shri Dilbag Singh, IPS DGP J&K. Shri S.J.M Gillani, IPS ADGP Armed J&K, serves as the Chairman of the organizing committee, while Shri Shahid Mehraj, IPS DIG Armed Kashmir Range, assumes the role of the organizing Secretary.
During the meeting, Shri S.J.M Gillani welcomed the participating officers and expressed his optimism that the event would proceed seamlessly with the active cooperation of all officers and stakeholders involved.
Various officers who have been assigned specific duties related to the event provided feedback on the arrangements in place and offered valuable suggestions to ensure the event’s resounding success.
