| 08 vehicles involved in illegal mining seized by Jammu Police | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Oct 5: In a quest to stern the menace of illegal mining, a multi-pronged strategy was devised by Jammu Police in which police teams of PS RS Pura, PP Manwal, PP Phallian Mandal, PP Talab Tillo, PP Sidhra and BPP Gajansoo acted stringently on the specific inputs and raided at a location in their respective area and seized 08 vehicles involved in illegal mining. Details of the vehicle seized are as under:
One tractor trolley bearing Registration No: JK02BM-3139 by PS RS Pura
02 vehicles i.e One Tractor bearing Registration No JK02CS-4976, and one tractor trolley bearing Registration No JK02CW 5750, by PP Phallian Mandal.
One dumper bearing Registration no. JK02CU-1869, by PP Manwal
One tractor trolley bearing chasis no. QSA30605016427 by PP Sidhra
One Tipper bearing Registration No JK02CS-4976, by PP Talab Tillo
02 vehicles i.e one tractor trolley bearing Chasis No. MBNBU53AAKCF292 and JCB bearing Registration No. JK02CP 7315, by BPP Gajansoo
The recoveries were made by SHO PS RS Pura Inspr Pawan Kumar, I/C PP Phallian Mandal PSI Ajesh Singh Jamwal, I/C PP Manwal PSI Sanjeev Sharma, I/C PP Sidhra PSI Arun Kumar, I/C PP Talab Tillo PSI Sonu Choudhary and I/C BPP Gajansoo ASI Ravinder Bhushan in their respective jurisdiction.
DMO Jammu was also intimated about the same.
The mining was done in violation of order of Hon’ble High Court of J&k. In order to strictly implement the drive against illegal mining and to tighten noose against the violators of the law Jammu Police has initiated strict action. |
