| Decision on assembly session, budget today | | | Early Times Report Jammu, Feb 3: Massive reshuffle in the state administrative is expected as the new cabinet is holding its first formal meeting here tomorrow. Besides changes in administration the cabinet is also expected to take decision on holding of assembly session and presentation of budget for the next year. The first state cabinet meeting of the new government is likely to fill up various vacant posts in top hierarchy of the administration including Vigilance Commissioner, a post which fell vacant after posting of Radha Vinod Raju as National Investigating Agency (NIA) chief. The grape wine also has that the cabinet will take a decision on convening budget session of the State Legislature and decision would be made on whether to go for a full budget or take a vote-on-account. Besides, the government is expected to go for a major revamp at all the levels. Transfers are also expected in the police department, a senior official privy to the development said.
