| Two Gold Snatchers arrested by PS Janipur Jammu | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Oct 10: On 09/10/23 a written complaint was lodged at PS Janipur by one person namely Darshan kumar(Krishna Jewellers) S/o sh. Shivnath R/o H.no.146/5 Channi himmat stating that some unknown person snatched 02 no’s of Gold set(wt about 9 Tolla)from him at Janipur area when he was there for delivery of ornaments to customers.
On this case FIR No. 110/2023 U/s 382 IPC got registered at PS Janipur and investigation started.
After this special police teams of PS Janipur led by SDPO West Vikram Singh assisted by SHO PS Janipur Inpsr Sikander Singh did strenuous efforts and with the help of CCTV footages of the area finally rounded up the two suspected persons later identified as 1. Deepak Bagga S/o om parkash R/o Janipur colony jammu and 2. Vishal kumar S/o lt. Surinder kumar R/o Janipur Colony jammu. During questioning accused confessed their involvement in the above case and on their disclosure two snatched gold sets weighing about 09 tollas were recovered from their possession.
Further investigation of the case is going on. |
