MIER College successfully concludes faculty development program for academic and aon-academic staff

JAMMU, Oct 11: The MIER College of Education's Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) has successfully concluded its Faculty Development Program aimed at enhancing the professional capabilities of its academic and non-academic staff.
The seven-day Faculty Development Program brought together a diverse group of educators from various disciplines within the College of Education. The program's goal was to provide a platform for faculty members to engage in collaborative learning, hands-on activities, exchange innovative teaching methodologies, and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in their respective fields.
The program covered a wide range of topics, including an orientation on the TEL Policy, benchmarking Policy, the use of interactive panels, Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Education, blended course development using Moodle, free tools for research, and the use of AI tools in office settings. The program featured resource persons who shared their expertise in these areas. The resource persons included:
