Awareness workshop for female students of Cluster University held

Jammu, Oct 12: The department of Students Welfare Jammu organised an awareness workshop for female students of the Cluster University in collaboration with Vishwamangalya Chhatra Sabha and Government MAM College. The programme was organised under the patronship of Prof. Bechan Lal, Vice-Chancellor Cluster University of Jammu. Akhil Bhartiya Sanghatak of Vishwamangalya Chhatra Sabha, Shruti Deshpandey was the Resource person who delivered in detail about the Role of girls in Nation Building. She apprised the students about the Shaktisamwad-2024, All India Students Conference being held at Banaras Hindu University, from 16-18 February 2024.The female students will be invited to present their diverse views, research and ideas on various themes related to nation building. About 85 students from the constituent colleges and PG Schools participated in the programme. The interactive program witnessed an active and keen participation from the students who expressed their opinions on the topic. Dr. Ranvijay Singh, Dean Students Welfare, Cluster University of Jammu formally welcomed the Resource person and participants. The programme was attended by Prof. Vishal Sharma, Dean Social Sciences, CLUJ; Prof. Banpreet Kour, Coordinator English, School of Humanities and Liberal arts.
The programme was coordinated by Dr. Kuldeep Raina, Cultural Coordinator, Cluster University of Jammu.
