| Naiz asks party workers to monitor dev works | | | Gandoh, Sep 20 : Former minister and senior Congress leader Muhammad Sharief Niaz has asked the party leaders to monitor development activates in their respective areas so that the public money is utilized properly. Addressing a one day convention, here today, appealed to the party workers for their support to the initiatives taken by the chief minister Ghulam Nabi Azad for introducing double shift system in carrying and completing the development works in the state. He stressed upon the party workers and Prominent Citizen to monitor development activates in the respective areas and cooperate the Chief Minister for launching his drive against corruption, different development activities to bring the state “Khushal” ;at par with other parts of country. In his address he said that chief minister due to certain engagements and busy schedule is not able to monitor the all ongoing works being carried out in all parts of the state, as such, it is duty of all congress party workers and prominent citizens to ensured that all the works are carried out smoothly in their respective areas and in case if any irregularity is noticed by them it will be their duty to report the concerned authority for such things. The party workers present in the convention also appreciated the steps taken by the chief minister especially in respect of development activities launched in all over the state and has praised for showing his keen interest to adhere the miseries of masses haling from far flung area. |
