DC Kishtwar reviews implementation of e-Office system in District

KISHTWAR, Oct 16: The Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar, Dr. Devansh Yadav convened a meeting today to review the implementation of the e-Office system in various offices of the district.
ADC Kishtwar Inderjeet Singh Parihar, Joint Director Planning Mohd Iqbal besides concerned officials attended the meeting.
At the outset, DC Kishtwar inquired about the status of information of employees registered on e-Office provided by different departments and the availability of infrastructure for the smooth implementation of the e-Office.
The Deputy Commissioner stressed on achieving 100 percent registration of employees/dealing assistants of offices and further directed District Heads to adopt a target-driven approach to ensure cent percent registration under e Office.
Emphasizing the benefits of transitioning to e-Office, he highlighted its role in ensuring transparency, accountability, quick file disposal, and efficient work management in government offices.
The DC also sought details on training sessions conducted to familiarize employees with e-Office processes and procedures.
All district officers were directed to coordinate with the Tehsildar HQ and DIO NIC for the hassle free implementation of the e-Office.
The Deputy Commissioner further instructed officers to share report on the progress under e-Office Implementation of individual offices with his office on daily basis. In the meeting, the Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar stated that employees who fail to work on the e-Office will not receive their salary. Also, an on-spot demonstration was conducted during the meeting to acquaint officers with e-office usage.
