Jammu, February 04-The State Cabinet which met here today with the Chief Minister, Mr. Omar Abdullah in the chair, decided that the session of the State Legislature will be convened from February 25, 2009.
Giving details of the Cabinet decisions, the Chief Secretary, Mr. S. S. Kapur said that the Cabinet also approved the acceptance of the resignation of Mr. D. C. Raina, as Advocate General of the State and appointment of Mr. M. I. Qadri as the new Advocate General of the State.
By another decision, the cabinet approved the grade of Principal Secretary in favour of Mr. B. R. Sharma, Chief Electoral Officer, J&K.
