RAJASTHAN, Oct 16: Senior BJP leader and former Deputy Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir, Kavinder Gupta, urged the people of Rajasthan to unite with the BJP for a transformation in the state, while strongly criticizing the Congress for various misdeeds that undermined the power of the electorate.
Kavinder, along with BJP candidate Ram Bilas Meena, met with prominent workers in Didwana, Lalsot city, Anaaj Mandi Lalsot, and Mandavari Anaaj Mandi to discuss impending poll strategies. He also conducted a series of meetings with members of business communities and Municipal Councillors in the Dausa constituency, where he observed a strong desire for change in the government.
Notably, Kavinder Gupta is in Rajasthan as the Prabhari and will be campaigning in five constituencies, including Bandikui, Mahoba, Sikrai, Dausa, and Lalsot, as the western state of the country prepares for upcoming elections.
While addressing meetings, Kavinder highlighted the poor state of governance in Rajasthan, accusing the ruling authorities of displaying the highest degree of indifference, instability, and incompetence. He expressed confidence that the BJP would secure a substantial majority in Rajasthan after the polls, emphasizing that only the BJP can provide a corruption-free and progressive government with a commitment to prolific policies and plans for the people.
The former Deputy Chief Minister urged the people as well as members of business community not to fall into Congress' trap again but to support the BJP, which has a zero-tolerance stance against corruption, as demonstrated in states where it is in power and at the national level where corruption has been significantly reduced.
