58th All India IPSC Athletics Meet kicks off

NEW DELHI, Oct 20: The 58th All India IPSC Athletics Meet (U-19 Boys & Girls) began with great enthusiasm and energy at PPS Nabha. This three-day event sees the participation of 300 athletes from 17 prestigious schools across the country. Col Raj Singh Bishnoi, Senior Executive Director of NSNIS, Patiala, had the honor of formally inaugurating the event.
Dr. DC Sharma, the Headmaster, welcomed all the athletes and encouraged them to approach the games with a spirit of healthy competition and excellence. He expressed his gratitude to Col Bishnoi and NSNIS, Patiala, for their continuous support in ensuring the smooth conduct of the events over the years. The event commenced with the athletes taking the oath of allegiance to the rules and regulations of the Indian Public Schools' Conference (IPSC).
Col Bishnoi, the chief guest, stressed the importance of actively engaging in sports. In recognition of his valuable presence, Headmaster Dr. DC Sharma presented him with a token of deep respect and gratitude.
The 58th All India IPSC Athletics Meet promises to be a platform for young athletes to showcase their talent, compete in the spirit of sportsmanship, and set new standards of excellence. The event is expected to be an exciting showcase of athletic prowess and camaraderie among the participating schools from across the nation.
