Devangi Sharma of DPS Jammu Shines with Silver Medal in Divisional Level Yoga Competition

Jammu, Oct 20: Devangi Sharma, an eighth-grade student from Delhi Public School Jammu, has added a glittering feather to her cap by securing a silver medal and second place in the Divisional Level Inter-District Yoga Competition. The event, organized by the Department of Youth Services and Sports, Jammu & Kashmir, took place at the Sports Stadium in Reasi from October 19 to 20, 2023. Devangi showcased her remarkable skills in the U-17 age category and was also awarded a merit cum participation certificate. Her outstanding performance is a testament to her dedication and hard work, as well as the expert guidance she received from Ms. Ranjana Verma, the School Yoga Faculty. The management of Delhi Public School Jammu, including the Hon’ble President of RCT, Sh. M.K Ajatshatru Singh Ji, the Distinguished PVC, Dr. Kuwarani Ritu Singh Ji, and the Hon’ble Director, Sh. S.S Sodhi Ji, along with the Principal of DPS Jammu, Ms. Ruchi Chabra, extended their heartfelt congratulations to Devangi and her proud parents for this exceptional achievement. They also offered their best wishes for her future endeavors, recognizing her as a shining example of the school’s commitment to nurturing talent and excellence.
