Meticulous Urban Planning and city beautification: Gifts of Modi Government, says Kavinder Gupta

JAMMU, Oct 22: Kavinder Gupta, senior BJP leader and former Deputy Chief Minister, highlighted the transformative impact of meticulous urban planning and city beautification initiatives as gifts from the BJP Government under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi to the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir.
Kavinder Gupta made this statement while inaugurating a newly constructed fountain at Fawara Chowk in Channi Himmat, Jammu. The fountain, completed at an estimated cost of Rs. 15 lakh, comes with an assurance of five years of maintenance. He was joined by former Chairman of Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC) and Corporator of Ward No. 51, Channi Himmat, Jammu, Rajkumar Tarkhan, Vinay Gupta, former District President of BJP, and Narinder Gupta Koki during the inaugural ceremony.
In his address to the gathering, Kavinder Gupta emphasized, “Over the past few years, under the leadership of the Modi Government, Jammu and Kashmir has witnessed a remarkable transformation in its development landscape. The momentum of progress in the region is exceptional, with cities being beautified and tourist spots receiving added allure.”
Kavinder Gupta stressed that the success of the government’s endeavor to make Jammu and Kashmir more beautiful relies on the cooperation of the people. He urged the public to take ownership of the facilities and infrastructure provided by the government, treating them as their own and maintaining them responsibly.
The event witnessed the presence of numerous prominent individuals, leaders, and community members who shared in the celebration of the continued development and beautification of their city. These initiatives underscore the commitment of the government to enhancing the quality of life and the aesthetic appeal of urban areas, ultimately contributing to the region’s growth and prosperity.
