| | | GOC 29 Infantry organizes education tour for Bani, Macheddi children

JAMMU, FEBRUARY 06- As a part of Army’s “Operation SADBHAVNA” in the state, GOC, 29 Infantry Division organized 10 days Education Tour for 25 children from Bani and Machhedi tehsils.
The tour covering cities like Amritsar, New Delhi, Jaipur, Ajmer, Agra, Dehradun and Chandigarh aims at making the children aware of the cultural diversity of the country and expose them to the development taking place in the country.
GOC, 29 Infantry Division who flagged off the tour, also lauded the civil administration and the local army units for working together to help develop the area and bring peace and harmony back to the state of Jammu and Kashmir.
