| CC bank employees protest against management | | | Early Times Report Jammu, Feb 6 The employees of citizen co-operative bank ltd (CCBL) have leveled serious charges against the management of the bank for not fulfilling there long pending demands. Addressing media persons here today, president of employees association Parvinder Kumar said that the subordinate staff is forced to work at the residence of bosses etc, beside one beaten up if they disobey the bosses. He said employees were forcibly compelled to campaign for Balbir Singh Manhas during last assembly elections, which he lost. Manhas, he said is one of the directors of the bank. He said, employees who did not comply the orders of Manhas were terminated from the services, which include, Murli Lal and Raja Ganju etc. He further said, management till date has not revised the pay scale of the staff, enhancement of housing loan, time bound promotion and transparent transfer policy etc. He said employees are worst victim of bosses, who work like a director and always harass employees. He appealed the media to highlight those problems etc.
