District Police commemorates Ekta Divas on Patel's Birth Anniversary

JAMMU, Oct 31: In honor of "Rashtriya Ekta Divas," commemorated on October 31st, District Police Rajouri came together to organize a solemn Ekta Divas Pledge ceremony at District Police Lines Rajouri. This heartfelt observance was mirrored in all the subordinate units, including Police Stations and Police Posts across the district.
Approximately 300 dedicated jawans and officers from the Police, Indian Reserve Police (IRP), and Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) gathered at the DPL Lawns to take the unity pledge. This important pledge was administered by the revered DIG RP Range, Dr. Haseeb Mughal.
The event was attended by all officers of District Police Rajouri, with the presence of SSP Rajouri, Amritpal Singh-IPS, and a host of others.
DIG RP Range, Dr. Haseeb Mughal-IPS, reaffirmed the significance of Rashtriya Ekta Divas, emphasizing the opportunity it provides to reassert the inherent strength and resilience of our nation in safeguarding unity, integrity, and the security of the country.
The main objective of the celebration was to strengthen the nation's unity and create awareness regarding the remarkable contributions of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel to Indian history.
In the early morning hours, a Unity March set the tone for the day at DPL Rajouri, with a significant turnout of participants demonstrating their unwavering commitment to national unity and solidarity.
