| Kotwal takes over as Div Com Jammu | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Feb 6
Dr Pawan Kotwal today took over as Divisional Commissioner, Jammu relieving Sudhanshu Pandey. Dr Kotwal a graduate in Medicine and an IAS officer of 1994 batch of J&K Cadre has served as Deputy Commissioner in Doda, Poonch, Anantnag, Udhampur and Jammu districts. He has also served as Director Industries and Commerce and was Commissioner/Secretary Industries and Commerce prior to his new assignment. Dr Kotwal has also discharged his duties as Administrator Jammu Municipal Corporation and Secretary to Chief Minister from March 2007 to February 2008.
Dr Kotwal is known as an able administrator and bureaucrat who has always delivered in a competent and capable manner. He has been remarked as one of the best son’s of the soil, who worked with utter dedication and will during his service carrier at various levels of bureaucracy
