The accused, identified as Sachin Sharma, son of Rajinder Sharma and a resident of Ramgarh Samba, was apprehended while attempting to meet an undertrial prisoner named Pankaj Sharma at Central Jail Kot Bhalwal, Jammu.
The seizure took place during a routine security check at the jail premises, further underscoring the ongoing efforts to prevent illegal substances from entering correctional facilities.
