EPFO honored with Bhavishya Nidhi award for 'Best Nidhi Aapke Nikat 2.0 Campaign'

JAMMU, Nov 1: The Economic Offences Wing - Crime Branch Jammu (EOW-CB Jammu) is proud to announce that their Regional Office in Jammu has been awarded the prestigious Bhavishya Nidhi Award for the year 2023 in the category of "Best Nidhi Aapke Nikat 2.0 Campaign." The recognition was conferred during a ceremony held at the EPFO Head Office in New Delhi.
The award was presented to Rizwan Uddin, Regional PF Commissioner - I, representing Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh. This achievement was made possible through dedicated efforts and innovative initiatives.
The Bhavishya Nidhi Award was presented during the celebration of the 71st Foundation Day of EPFO, with the Minister of State, Labour and Employment, Petroleum and Natural Gas, Government of India, Rameshwar Teli, doing the honors.
The ceremony was attended by several dignitaries, including Bhupender Yadav, Minister of Labour and Employment, Environment, Forest, and Climate Change, Government of India, who inaugurated and addressed the event.
The award-winning campaign, "Nidhi Aapke Nikat 2.0 (NAN 2.0)," was recognized for its significant impact on various parameters, including increased awareness among stakeholders, membership growth, handholding sessions, and contributions to the field of pensions and e-nominations.
NAN 2.0 was actively participated in by various stakeholders, with outreach programs conducted at several venues, including district offices such as DC Office Udhampur, DC Office Kathua, DC Office Ramban, and more.
Rizwan Uddin expressed his gratitude to all stakeholders, including members, employers, district and UT administration authorities, and higher officials, for their invaluable support.
Notably, EPFO Jammu, responsible for serving the challenging regions of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh, introduced innovative measures such as flexi-time options for employees to improve service efficiency and effectiveness.
The EPFO Jammu team reaffirms its commitment to provide services efficiently, transparently, and effectively and anticipates continued support from stakeholders in Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh.
The award was the result of the collective efforts of team members of EPFO RO Jammu, working under the leadership of Rizwan Uddin, RPFC - I.
Outreach programs were organized in border districts of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh, with the PF Commissioner, Rizwan Uddin, visiting far-flung districts to support employees and employers.
Several district officers, including Anuradha Gupta, DC Samba, Shri Sachin Kumar Vaishya, DC Udhampur, and others, participated in NAN 2.0 programs and shared their views and ideas.
The program was also conducted with the support of district administrations in various districts, fostering local discussions.
The district nodal officers played a crucial role in the success of the outreach programs at their respective districts.
EPFO Jammu has a dedicated team, including outsourced employees, working consistently to facilitate regular contributions from establishments.
The Bhavishya Nidhi Award highlights the remarkable contributions made by EPFO Regional Office, Jammu, in enhancing awareness and services to their stakeholders, reaffirming their commitment to excellence and transparency.
