REASI, Nov 3: After taking over as Deputy Commissioner Reasi, Vishesh Paul Mahajan today convened an introductory meeting with officers of line departments here in the Conference Hall of DC Office Complex.
While interacting with District and Sectoral officers, the Deputy Commissioner took a brief on working and current issues of the departments. He enjoined upon them to make endeavours to ensure prompt execution of works and holistic development of the district.
They were directed to ensure the Completion of the projects of their respective departments within the fixed timeline, Routing of all the files through e-office mode, Ensure punctuality of the staff of their respective departments and presence of District Officers. He directed the officers not to leave the station without permission and maintain cleanliness in the offices. He further asked officers to ensure close interdepartmental coordination for planned execution of works and development in the district, to work with utmost dedication and zeal to provide hassle free delivery of services to the people. He called for maintaining accountability and transparency in the working of all Government offices. He stressed upon regular monitoring of developmental works in far flung areas and reporting by the concerned executive engineers.
ADDC Jyoti Slathia, ADC Abdul Star, CPO, ACR, ACD, CEO and other district /sectoral officers were present in the meeting. |
