Kishtwar, Nov 6: As part of the ongoing "Operation 3rd Eye Kishtwar," the Kishtwar Police have issued challans to 45 individuals for various traffic violations, including rash driving, not wearing helmets, and wrong parking in Kishtwar town.
Under the guidance of SSP Kishtwar Sh. Khalil Poswal-JKPS, a dedicated team has been constituted to conduct traffic challans. Using technical support from CCTV surveillance systems, the team captured photographs and conducted videography to record instances of traffic rule violations. The identification of vehicles was made through the number plate reading system. Subsequently, after confirming the residential addresses of the vehicle owners, copies of the violations, along with photographs, were sent to their respective homes.
