Sub Junior Judo Championship concludes

RAMBAN, Nov 6: The two-day-long Ramban 1st District Judo Championship concluded at Oakfields International School in Ramban. This event saw the participation of approximately 80 Judokas from various schools and clubs across Raman District. The championship was organized by the Ramban District Judo Association under the banner of Jammu & Kashmir Judo Association and J&K Sports Council.
Sajad Saleem Dar, Principal of Oakfields School, graced the event as the chief guest and distributed medals and certificates among the winners. Hafeej Ur Rehman was the Guest of Honour at the championship. The bouts were officiated by Palak Sharma, Shruti Chib, and Priya.
The results of the championship are as follows:
Gold Medal Winners: Lovish Gouria, Manan, Shaan Bansotra, Junaid Ali, Sorab Ali, Owais Yaseen, Amar Wani and Touqeer Ahmed
Silver Medal Winners: Abhay Bansotra, Abraiz Manzoor, Shakeel Ahmed, Arush, Omar Malik Singh, Adnan, Hanan, Pradeum Manhas, Aliya Ayaz, Navika Rajput, Nadia Iqbal, Manat Gandotra and Teehel Alhtar
Bronze Medal Winners: Atif, Manik, Arsalan, Ayaan Wani, Naveed Iqbal, Priyam Sharma, Uzair Malik, Nimeesha Pal, Anmol Thakur, Mahira Manzoor, Divya and Sonali.
