Dewan Devi School students Shine in District Ju Jitsu Martial Arts Championship

JAMMU, Nov 6: In an impressive display of skill and determination, students from Dewan Devi Hr. Sec. School achieved remarkable success at the 11th District Ju Jitsu Martial Arts Championship held at JKSC Bhagwati Nagar Stadium on the 30th and 31st of October, 2023.
A total of 17 students from the school participated in this highly competitive championship, and their dedication and hard work paid off as they brought home a haul of medals.
Five talented students, namely Karan Dev Singh, Tushant, Vishav Choudhary, Bhavishya, and Janvi Chib, emerged as gold medalists, showcasing their exceptional prowess in Ju Jitsu.
Adding to the school's glory, six more students, Laksh Kohli, Lovepreet Singh, Yuvraj, Parmanik, Vansh Kumar, and Janvi, secured silver medals, a testament to their outstanding skills and resilience.
Not to be outdone, two more students, Dhruv Kumar and Divyansh, demonstrated their prowess and received well-deserved bronze medals, solidifying their place in the championship.
All of this success was achieved under the dedicated coaching of Manish, whose relentless efforts and guidance were instrumental in shaping these young talents into champions. Ashwani Suri, the Administrator of Dewan Devi Hr. Sec. School, couldn't have been prouder of the students and their coach. He praised their exceptional performance and recognized Coach Manish for his hard work and commitment in nurturing these talents.
This remarkable achievement not only reflects the prowess of the students but also highlights the school's commitment to fostering talent in various fields, proving that Dewan Devi Hr. Sec.
