VIJAYPUR, Nov 13: In a dignified ceremony at the Police Technical Training Institute (PTTI) Vijaypur, Shiv Kumar, IPS, the Principal of PTTI Vijaypur, adorned Shri Surinder Paul with his new rank as Deputy Superintendent of Police (Telecom). The promotion was officially sanctioned by the Home Department of Jammu and Kashmir through Government Order No. 545-Home of 2023, dated 9th November 2023.
The event, marked by its decorum and prestige, witnessed heartfelt congratulations from Principal Shiv Kumar, who extended his best wishes to the newly promoted officer and his family. He emphasized the significance of maintaining the same level of dedication and enthusiasm in all future endeavors.
