| 4.05 grams of heroin recovered by Police at Jhajjar Kotli | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Nov 13: Continuing its drive against drug trafficking and substance abuse, Jammu Police achieved major success by recovering 4.05 grams of heroin from two accused persons in the jurisdiction of PS Jhajjar Kotli.
A police team of PS Jhajjar Kotli led by SDPO Nagrota Akash Kohli assisted by SHO PS Jhajjar Kotli Inspr Azad Ahmed while on naka duty at Suketar naka rounded up two suspects.
On search, 4.05 grams of heroin was recovered from them.
In this regard a case FIR No. 255/23 u/s 8/21/22/29 NDPS Act got registered in PS Jhajjar Kotli and accused was arrested.
The accused arrested was later identified as namely :1. Tarun kumar S/o Prem chand R/o chapar and 2. Mushtaq Mohd S/o Mir baz R/o urlani (Dhansal).
Further investigation of the case is going on.
Jammu police is working intensively to uproot the chains of drug supply in the region and thorough questioning of the accused is going on to know the origin of the drugs supply chain.
