RAMBAN, Nov 14: Continuing its drive against drug trafficking and substance abuse, Ramban Police achieved major success by recovering 03 Kgs148 grams of Charas (cannabis) from Sharwadhar Ridge in the jurisdiction of PS Ramsoo.
On the directions of SSP Ramban Ms Mohita Sharma IPS police team of PP Ukhral headed by PSI Ishan Sharma while on LRP duty with Army Personnels of 12 RR at Sharwadhar Ridge, Ukhral found two packets containing 03 Kg 148 gms of Charas (Charas) like substance which was kept by unknown accused person(s)and this place was covered with snow. These packets were lying abondoned there.
In this regard a case FIR 122/2023 U/S 08/20 NDPS got registered.
The overall recovery was made under the guidance of Insp Harjeet Singh SHO PS Ramsoo, under the supervision of Shri Ajay Jamwal SDPO Banihal, Shri Gourav Mahajan JKPS Adl.SP Ramban and under overall supervision of Ms Mohita Sharma, IPS,SSP Ramban. |
