RAMBAN, Nov 14: MS Mohita Sharma-IPS,SSP Ramban chaired a crime review meeting at District Police office Ramban to review the cases under Investigation in District Ramban. The meeting was attended by Gourav Mahajan- JKPS Addl. SP Ramban, Om Parkash Dysp Headquarters Ramban, Viqar Bhat, JKPS, DySP DAR,DPL Ramban Ajay Jamwal, SDPO Banihal, SHOs and IC PPs. SSP Ramban also took stock of the progress of the various under investigation and under trial cases. She gave on spot directions regarding ensuring the quality of investigation and for ensuring that the cases are rigorously followed at the trial level. She also insisted to conculde the investigation on merits. She also stressed on the use of technological advancements to ensure effective investigation and trial. Apart from this, focus was also given on tracing of missing persons, arresting of absconders. |
