The event, held under the supervision of Deputy Superintendent, Anita Pawar, Deputy Controller Civil Defence Jammu, drew a significant turnout of local residents eager to learn life-saving skills. The programme focused on imparting essential knowledge in First Aid, CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), handling choking incidents, firefighting techniques, and awareness about drug addiction. Civil Defence experts led engaging sessions and conducted live demonstrations, allowing participants to grasp practical applications of the discussed topics. The primary objective of the awareness camp was to equip civilians with the necessary skills and knowledge to respond effectively during both natural and man-made disasters.
