JAMMU, Nov 15: Former Deputy Chief Minister and senior BJP leader, Kavinder Gupta, has expressed profound grief and shock over a tragic road accident in Doda district, resulting in the loss of 38 lives and injuries to 17 others.
In a statement issued today, Gupta conveyed his deepest condolences to the bereaved families, acknowledging the profound sorrow that has enveloped the community due to this devastating incident. He offered heartfelt prayers for the eternal peace of the departed souls and extended sympathy to those grappling with the immense tragedy.
Recognizing that no compensation can fully mend the wounds of such a loss, Gupta assured the affected families of the government’s commitment to providing immediate relief and support during this difficult time.
