| J&K clerical staff supports strike call. | | | Early Times Report Jammu, Feb 9 The leaders of Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh clerical staff association have urged upon the state govt. to remove pay anomalies at an earliest of all clerical staff, and don’t compel to revive the suspended agitation again in support of their genuine demands. Addressing a press conference here today, Khursheed Ahmad Deewani said association is surprise over the non-implementation of agreement held between the association led by Ram Kumar Sharma and the government held on March 10, 2008 for removal of pay anomalies. But in un-fortunate on the part of the government and pay anomalies committee failed to remove the anomalies till date. On the occasion representatives of the association endorsed the strike call given by JCC of the State Government Employees led by Abdul Quyoom Wani, Nazir Ahmed Mir, Ram Kumar Sharma, Gafoor Dar, Balwan Singh Jamwal and other who have called for two days strike call on 10th & 11th of February, 2009 for implementation of Sixth Pay Commission, removal of pay anomalies and other demands. Among others present on the occasion were Ms Sayeeda Bano Ladakhi, Bharat Bhusan, Meenakshi Sharma, Rakesh Singh, Madan Sangral, Babu Hussian Malik, Rajnath Wazir, Munish Sharma and Vijay Lakshmi.
