EPFO organizes closing ceremony of Hindi Pakhwada

JAMMU, Nov 17: The EPFO Regional Office in Jammu organized an Award Ceremony for the Best Performing employees of Jammu, Kashmir, and Ladakh, along with the Closing Ceremony of "Hindi Pakhwada-2023." The event took place on November 17, 2023, from 12:30 PM to 02:00 PM. Anil Batra, AGM, BSNL, was the special invitee for the program.
The Hindi Pakhwada celebrations, which ran from September 14 to September 29, were held across various regional offices in the Union Territories of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh. These included RO Jammu, RO Srinagar, and DO Leh (Ladakh).
The Best Employee Awards were presented to three outstanding officials from different regions. Sanjeev Kumar, SSSA, Chiranji Lal Sharma, SS, and Dharmendra Kumar, SSSA, received awards for RO Srinagar, RO Jammu, and RO Ladakh, respectively. These employees were recognized for their exemplary performance, dedication, and commitment to their roles.
Rizwan Uddin, Regional P F Commissioner - I, appreciated the efforts of the awardees and highlighted the significance of using Hindi in official communications. The conclusion of Hindi Pakhwada featured various activities, including 'Vichar Pratiyogita,' 'Nibandh Pratiyogita,' 'Tippan and Aalekhan Pratiyogita' to encourage the use of Hindi in official communications.
The program also included competitive events on topics such as privatization challenges for government institutions and improvements required in the functioning of government organizations. Rizwan Uddin stressed the importance of such events in promoting the use of Hindi and fostering team spirit among participants.
The winners of the competitive programs during Hindi Pakhwada-2023 were felicitated during the event, receiving cash awards ranging from Rs. 1,000 to Rs. 5,000, along with certificates. The event marked the successful culmination of the Hindi Pakhwada celebrations, promoting the use of Hindi and recognizing outstanding contributions by employees."
