Early Times Report

Jammu, Nov 19: Accusing Vilakshan Singh S/o Jagdish Singh R/o Sidhra for cheating the Munsiff Court Jammu and obtaining a bellicose direction from the court against him through a treacherous petition, Mr Harsh Dev Singh Former Minister and State President JKNPP announced to proceed against the former for perjury, false evidence and defamation. He said that Mr Vilakshan Singh was trying to use the most sacrosanct temple of Justice for settling personal scores with him and was therefore liable for criminal action against him under law. Mr Harsh Dev said that two cases had been filed against Vilakshan Singh in Jammu Courts by the aggrieved persons who had been the victims of ‘latter’s’ opprobrious moves. He said that the first case related to alleged exploitation of a minor child named Manshu by Vilakshan Singh in his house which had been filed by one Harbans Singh and the court had sent the same for Police verification. The second case related to alleged grabbing of Prof Bhim Singh’s land by Vilakshan Singh which was being heard by the revenue court and was filed by Ankit Love through his Attorneys. “In both the cases the aggrieved parties had sought my help and therefore to settle scores with me, the said Vilakshan had lodged a false, frivolous, concocted defamation petition against me and obtained some unpleasant notice from court as reported in media namely State times and Dainik Jagran.
Charging Vilakshan of having cheated the court for obtaining a notice, Mr Harsh Dev Singh said that the cheater had taken three false grounds before the court. Firstly he has claimed himself to be the President of JKNPP which he is not. Secondly he states that Harsh Dev has conspired to defame him only to get him ousted as President which is completely baseless and absurd. And the most importantly he has relied on the third ground wherein he states that Harsh Dev has shared the defamatory statement of Ankit love on his facebook page. This is wholly incorrect as I have only one facebook page and I have never shared any such media statement of Ankit love on it as is being claimed by Vilakshan Singh. I have never mentioned the name of Vilakshan Singh in my media statements who however continues to make derogatory comments against me in said media.
The said Vilakshan Singh has therefore made false statements before the court, and in pursuance thereof obtained a hostile notice against me through fraud and deception which deserves due cognizance of the court.
Harsh Dev said that the offences committed by Vilakshan Singh being most heinous, the said culprit be tried for Perjury, False Evidence, Impersonation, Fraud and Defamation.
