| 39 grams of heroin recovered by Police station Bagh e Bahu | | |

Jammu, Nov 20: Continuing its drive against drug trafficking and substance abuse, Jammu Police achieved major success by recovering 39 grams of heroin from one accused person in the jurisdiction of PS Bagh e Bahu.
A police team of PS Bagh e Bahu led by SDPO East Parupkar Singh assisted by SHO PS Bagh e Bahu Inspr Arti Thakur and PSI Wasim Bhatti while on naka duty at Kalika colony rounded up one suspected lady who was coming from Gujjar Nagar side. On search, 39 grams of heroin was recovered from her possession.
In this regard, a case FIR No. 99/2023 U/S 8/21/22 NDPS Act got registered in PS Bagh e Bahu and accused lady was arrested. The accused lady arrested was later identified as: - Manisha W/o Akash R/o Chandigarh.
Further investigation of the case is going on.
