| Children’s music competition held | | |

Jammu, Feb 10- ‘Music plays a great role to give shape to the inner and outer personality of the child’, said B S Bali former Principal Institute of Music and Fine Arts while inaugurating on- the- spot children music competition held at KL Saigal Hall here today.
Additional secretary J&K Academy of Art Culture and Languages, Savita Bakshi in her address stated that State Academy is doing every possible effort to explore the hidden talent of young kids as well and also provide the platform to show their skills in respective fields of Art. She further added that besides, exploring their talent, such competitions help in calculating sense of self confidence in budding artists of different age groups children.
It is pertinent to mention that the Academy had recently organized on the spot competition in which 500 children of different government and private schools participated.
