DPC clears 9 promotion cases of non-gazetted cadre at Kathua 11/25/2023 10:24:19 PM Early Times Report KATHUA, Nov 25: The Departmental Promotion Committee (DPC) under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner Kathua Rakesh Minahs cleared over 09 promotion cases of non-gazetted employees of different cadres in Kathua district, meeting of which was held the other day. The Deputy Commissioner Kathua informed that the conduct of DPC was among the first priority as it was due for the last five years. The committee examined the proposals on case to case basis in consonance with the recruitment and promotion rules besides considering requisite conduct and performances of the eligibles. The promotion cases of 4 Junior Assistants, 4 MTS and 1 Driver were cleared by the committee. Meanwhile, the Chairman DPC has asked the officers to ensure submission of all promotion cases in a timely manner to avoid undue hardships to the employees who have already qualified for promotions.
