District Admn Kulgam organises VBSY in DH Pora

KULGAM, Nov 27: Amid enthusiastic and vibrant participation of stakeholders, Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra (VBSY) started today in 10 more Panchayat Halqas of the DH Pora block of the district.
ADDC, Showkat Ahmad Rather attended the programme alongwith SDM, DH Pora, Bashir Ul Hassan, ACD, Mohd Imran and supervised multiple activities being done under the campaign.
Panchayat Halqas of the DH Pora Subdivision including Yarikhah, Nandimarg, Yaroo, Gandwani, Bangiward, Waripora, CR Pora and HM Guri celebrated VBSY on the third day of the Yatra in the district.
Officers and officials continued to aware people about government schemes and interacted with people and encouraged them to register for schemes and get benefits under various employment and welfare based schemes. Beneficiaries, who have availed services, also shared their experiences under Meri Kahaani, Meri Zubaani initiative and expressed gratitude for the seamless services delivery.
Drone and soil heath card demonstrations, health camps for NCD, Anaemia screening and other on spot services were provided on the occasion.
Adhaar authentic for services, felicitation events, painting and drawing competitions were held on the occasion. ADDC on the occasion, asked all to maximize the outcomes of the Yatra in the district, by reaching out to all left out eligible people and saturate the unsaturated schemes. Officers and officials remained busy in IEC activities at all the Panchayats of the block. Welfare, employment, insurance, social security and income generation based schemes were highlighted. Block officers and officials from line departments, PRIs, students and locals participated in Viksit Bharat Yatra programmes in aforesaid panchayats, fervently.
