| Tarigami demands helicopter service for Doda, Kishtwar | | |

The CPI (M) state secretary M.Y. Taragami has demanded for staring helicopter service from Jammu to Doda and Kishtwar for air lifting passengers and rushing essential stocks to these areas.
He said due to interruption in road-communication between Jammu and Doda-Kishtwar districts, the areas were facing shortage of essential commidites, besides, ailing persons rendered helpless for want of better medicare facilities.
In a statement issue here today, Taragami expressed deep anguish over the situation and appealed the government for immediate restoration of road communication of these areas. He said that Kishatwar-Simthan-Anantnag road be completed at the earliest which he said is a better alternative for rushing essentials to these areas.
