DODA, Nov 30: In anticipation of the JKSSB exam for the recruitment of Panchayat Secretary (VLW) scheduled on December 10, 2023, the District Administration in Doda, under the leadership of Deputy Commissioner Harvinder Singh, conducted a comprehensive training program for supervisory staff.
The training, held in the conference hall in the DC Office Complex, aimed to ensure the seamless and transparent execution of the upcoming examination.
District Coordinators JKSSB, Pritam Lal Thapa (Member JKSSB), and Abhay Indu Sharma (Under Secretary JKSSB) played a crucial role in briefing the 400 participating invigilators, including Centre Superintendents, Exam Coordinators, and Observers. The training covered all aspects of the OMR-based objective-type written exam, enlightening the staff about their roles and responsibilities during the examination process.
ADC Doda, Ravi Kumar Bharti, addressing the trainees, emphasized the importance of adhering to procedures to ensure the smooth and transparent conduct of the examination in their respective centers. The commitment to following protocols was underscored as essential for the success of the examination.
Additionally, it was announced that the examination is scheduled for December 10, 2023, from 12 noon to 2 pm, at various identified centres across the district. The logistical arrangements include engaging invigilators as per the requirement of one invigilator for every 24 students has been put in place. Magistrates will also be appointed at all examination centers to oversee and maintain the decorum of the examination process.
