Lalu Prasad assured Prof. Soz that instructions for the change have been issued and the same will be implemented soon. Prof. Soz has decided to release all the details of Rail Development in Kashmir in book form very soon, in public interest. He will particularly highlight the rebuttal, he had done to Nitish Kumar, the then Railway Minister who had made a statement in the Parliament that Railway Line to Kashmir would be completed by the year 2007.
