Atal Dulloo Applauded for Exemplary COVID-19 Crisis Management by Nirbhay Bharat Foundation and JKSBA Leaders

JAMMU, Dec 7 : Tarun Uppal, Chairman of the Nirbhay Bharat Foundation and President of the Jammu & Kashmir Speed Ball Association (JKSBA), along with Sunny Nanda, General Secretary of JKSBA, recently met Chief Secretary Atal Dulloo to extend congratulations on his new appointment. The leaders commended Dulloo’s pivotal role in managing the COVID-19 crisis and expressed confidence in his capabilities to meet heightened expectations in his new position.
In a recent meeting between prominent leaders and Chief Secretary Atal Dulloo, Tarun Uppal and Sunny Nanda lauded Dulloo’s exceptional contributions to COVID-19 crisis management in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir. Uppal, Chairman of the Nirbhay Bharat Foundation and President of JKSBA, emphasized Dulloo’s instrumental role during the pandemic while serving as the Financial Commissioner of Health & Medical Education.
Dulloo, an AGMUT cadre IAS officer, has dedicated a significant portion of his career to Jammu and Kashmir, showcasing a deep understanding of the region’s challenges and realities. Uppal expressed his confidence in Dulloo’s ability to address the heightened expectations of the local populace in his new role as Chief Secretary.
“As a resident of J&K, Sh. Dulloo brings an in-depth understanding of our region’s realities. His leadership during the COVID-19 crisis was exemplary, guiding the Union Territory through challenging times,” stated Uppal, highlighting Dulloo’s commitment to public service.
Sunny Nanda, a respected figure in the sports community and General Secretary of JKSBA, also extended support to Dulloo. Recognizing Dulloo’s insight into regional challenges, Nanda acknowledged the potential for a positive impact in the Chief Secretary’s new position.
The leaders conveyed their congratulations to Atal Dulloo and expressed optimism about the positive developments expected under his leadership.
