Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra Kickstarted in Kishtwar Urban

KISHTWAR, Dec 9: In a momentous display of fervor Andi civic commitment, the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra drew an impressive turnout today when the Yatra sets it’s foot in the urban areas of Kishtwar including the town and it’s adjoining areas.
An enthusiastic crowd converged at the prestigious Chowgan Ground amid the arrival of the dedicated VBSY’s IEC Van, heralding a pivotal moment in community engagement and awareness.
The event aligned with the “Kishtwar Festival” organised by Jammu & Kashmir Academy of Art, Culture and Languages in collaboration with the District Administration.
Over 5000 citizens, representing diverse backgrounds and professions, actively participated in the event and gained profound insights into the impact of Centrally Sponsored Schemes through engaging IEC activities.
Complementing the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra, ADDC, Sham Lal along with other district and Sectoral officers attended the event. Informative IEC material was distributed among the attendees, enhancing their understanding of these pivotal initiatives.
The enthusiastic reception of the IEC Van was followed by an immersive experience as the attendees engaged with the resonant message of the Prime Minister screened through the Van’s state-of-the-art Audio-Video Setup. Through this platform, attendees gained insights into the cumulative impact of government schemes, fostering an environment poised for India’s envisioned development under Vision 2047.
Participating individuals were visibly invigorated by the discussion on flagship schemes designed for the socio-economic upliftment of the masses. The compelling recorded testimonials of beneficiaries showcased on the LED screen during the event served as an eye-opener, inciting a wave of curiosity among attendees to swiftly access various government schemes such as Jal Jeevan Mission, Ayushman Bharat Yojana, Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana, and several others.
With the core objective of raising awareness about the tangible effects of these initiatives on the ground, the event at Chowgan Ground resonated deeply with the mission of the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra. It motivated citizens who have yet to benefit from these schemes to promptly avail themselves of the offered support.
