GDC Vijaypur takes pledge for a Developed India by 2047

VIJAYPUR, Dec 16: Government Degree College Vijaypur (GDC Vijaypur) held a meaningful pledge ceremony on December 16th, 2023, in support of the "Vikshit Bharat @2047" initiative. This initiative aims to harness the power of youth voices in building a developed and self-reliant India by the year 2047.
Active Participation: The ceremony saw enthusiastic participation from the college's principal, senior faculty members, teaching and non-teaching staff, and students, all of whom took the pledge with dedication and zeal.
Raising Awareness: Dr. Radhika Rasyal, Lecturer in History, provided an insightful introduction to the program, highlighting its significance and encouraging students to contribute their ideas and vision for India's future.
Principal's Guidance: Principal Prof. (Dr.) Vandana Gupta inspired the students by sharing information about the "Ideas for the vision of Vikshit Bharat @2047" webpage and motivating them to submit their feedback on mygov.in.

Coordination and Collaboration: Prof. Anita Jamwal, Head of Department for Political Science, and Prof. Ritu Bhagat, Head of Department for Education, effectively coordinated the event, ensuring its smooth execution.
