JAMMU, Dec 16: Cambridge International School, Jammu, celebrated its 3rd Annual Day in grand style at the General Zorawar Singh Auditorium, University of Jammu, on December 15, 2023. The event was a dazzling spectacle that transported the audience to a world of mythology, valor, and fantasy.
The event's theme, "Mythology, Valor and Fantasy," was beautifully woven into the performances, creating a unique and captivating atmosphere.
Er. Rahul Yadav (IAS) graced the occasion as the chief guest, while Sandeep Seiontra (JKAS), Kishori Lal Sharma (JKAS), Dr. Gulshan Kumar (JKAS), Dr. Palvi Sharma (JKAS), Prince Verma (MD JKupdate), and Vinod Kumar (Director JK24*7 News) were special guests.
The event commenced with a lamp-lighting ceremony by the dignitaries, followed by an insightful welcome speech by the Managing Director, Er. Renu Bangroo.
The school choir, yogis, yoginis, and students from junior and senior wings enthralled the audience with their diverse talents, showcasing orchestra performances, dance routines, and theatrical acts.
Principal Mrs. Pooja Chib presented the annual school report, highlighting the academic and co-scholastic achievements of the school.
The highlight of the event was the captivating performance titled "CHHATRAPATI SHIVAJI - A legacy of valor and vision," which took the audience on a journey through the valiant Maratha leader's life.
The evening also saw the distribution of annual prizes and awards, recognizing the academic achievements of students.
The Chief Guest, Er. Rahul Yadav, applauded the school for organizing such a magnificent event and lauded its efforts in providing quality education.
A heartfelt vote of thanks by Vice Principal Mrs. Rajni Malhotra acknowledged the contributions of everyone involved in making the event a success.
