RS PURA, Dec 16: Inspired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi's call to engage youth in the nation's development, Government Degree College (GDC) R.S. Pura has taken a significant step towards a "Viksit Bharat" (Developed India) by organizing a comprehensive pledge ceremony.
