GDC Ghagwal's energizes 'Viksit Bharat@2047' with a series of dynamic activities

GHAGWAL, Dec 23: Government Degree College (GDC) Ghagwal, under the patronage of Dr. Sujata Slathia, Principal, organized a vibrant series of activities under the banner 'Viksit Bharat@2047' from December 11 to December 23, 2023. The college witnessed enthusiastic participation and exuberance from both staff and students throughout the event.
Live streaming of the launch of Viksit Bharat Mission @2047 was attended by the staff and students of GDC Ghagwal. A smart classroom was utilized to digitally explore the venture and organize the streaming of the mission.
A digital screening on 'Ideas for the Vision of Viksit Bharat@2047' took place in a smart classroom for the students of GDC Ghagwal.
A Pledge-taking ceremony was organized by the NSS Programme Officer, Dr. Vani Awasthi, for the Principal, staff, and students of the college.
An Awareness Lecture was organized for the students by the NSS Programme Officer, Dr. Vani Awasthi. Prof. Ramzan Ali, Head of the Department of Education, delivered a power-point awareness lecture on the topic 'Voice of Youth in Viksit Bharat@2047.'
An Essay Writing Competition on the topic 'Viksit Bharat: Vision for New India' was organized by the NSS unit of the college. The symposium on the theme 'Mere Sapno ka Bharat' was organized by the NSS Committee members.
A poster-making competition was organized at GDC Ghagwal to give expression to the artistic side of students. A poetry recitation competition was held on the college premises. The series of activities concluded with a Quiz Competition on the topic 'Ek Bharat Shrestha Bharat' and a Walkathon.
In her important message, Dr. Sujata Slathia, the Principal of the college, urged the staff and students to be highly devoted to the country and work towards making India a developed nation by 2047. Emphasizing that the nation should always be a top priority in a citizen's duties, she inspired a sense of commitment and responsibility among the college community.
