JAMMU, Dec 26: In alignment with the Prime Minister's vision to actively engage the youth in shaping the nation's plans and priorities, GDC Vijaypur took a significant step by organizing an online quiz competition under the banner of 'Viksit Bharat@2047: Voice of Youth.' The initiative provides a platform for the youth to contribute their ideas to the overarching vision of Viksit Bharat@2047. The online quiz competition, held on the theme "How Should Viksit Bharat Look Like in 2047," garnered enthusiastic participation from more than 50 students pursuing B.Com, B.Sc, and B.A. The event aimed to tap into the creative minds of the students, encouraging them to share their perspectives on the future they envision for a developed India in 2047.
The quiz, conducted through a Google form, was expertly coordinated by Dr. Manoj Heer, Head of the Department of Dogri. The organizing team, including Dr. Gunjeet Mahiwal, Prof. Gagandeep, Prof. Madhu Bala, and Prof. John Wani, worked together to ensure the smooth and efficient execution of the competition. The questions posed during the quiz delved into various aspects of the students' vision for Viksit Bharat in 2047, covering topics ranging from sustainable development to social inclusivity. The initiative aimed not only to test the knowledge of the participants but also to encourage thoughtful reflections on the future trajectory of the nation.
