RAJOURI, Dec 26: Deputy Commissioner Rajouri, Vikas Kundal, attended a mega event as part of the ongoing "Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra" at Salani New Bustand Rajouri. The purpose of this initiative is to ensure the seamless reach of Central Government schemes to all corners of the district.
As part of the initiative, mobile vans equipped with information, education and communication (IEC) materials are traveling throughout the district based on a pre-defined schedule. These vans aim to generate public awareness about various central government schemes. They are equipped with a sound system and a digital LED screen that showcases videos of the Prime Minister's addresses, testimonials from beneficiaries, and informative clips to enhance understanding.
Apart from overseeing the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra, the DC also inspected stalls set up by different departments at the event. These stalls showcased the schemes of the departments and provided a visual representation of the initiatives aimed at promoting economic growth.
