DC Reasi chairs meeting on Change of Land Use

REASI, Dec 30: To review the process of Cases of Land Use in the district, the District Level Committee (DLC) today met under the chairmanship of District Development Commissioner Reasi Vishesh Mahajan here in the video conference hall of DC Office.
While taking a comprehensive review, the DC enquired about the status of NOCs being issued in favour of applicants and applications received till date besides their reporting and follow up status by the concerned departments.
DDC Vishesh Mahajan sought inputs from the concerned departments. The comments and suggestions provided by concerned departments were carefully reviewed to ensure a comprehensive and informed decision-making process.
A total of 10 cases were diligently discussed and deliberated upon, Out of which 7 were approved, 1 case was rejected and 2 CLU cases were deferred for want of comments of certain departments.
The DC directed the concerned departments to ensure timely issuance of NOCs to the applicants after proper verification of documents and rules under land conversion.
ACR Anshumali Sharma, XEN PHE and PWD, Chief Agriculture Officer, Tehsildar Reasi and Pouni and other concerned officers were present.
