| Two- wheelers lifter denied bail | | |

Jammu, Feb 16- Sub-Judge Jammu VS Bhou today rejected the bail application of Kher Singh, allegedly involved in lifting of two wheelers.
Sub-Judge Jammu, after considering the CD file and arguments of Senior Prosecuting Officer Rajesh Bakshi observed that accused is involved in cases of number of FIRs of various police stations and his release on bail may be detrimental to interest of public at large. Having regard to stage of investigation and involvement of the accused in various FIRs, if accused is released on bail at this stage, he would hamper the investigation and further would not be in the interest of public. The Sub Judge further observed that since custodial interrogation of the accused is warranted to extract material disclosures and effect recoveries accordingly pursuant to the disclosure as per the statement of Senior Prosecuting Officer the bail application is rejected JNF
